Delivery policy

Concept is operated by Soorajkumar Shyambabu Tomar, an individual based in India (“we”, “us”).

Concept passes are digital. Nothing is shipped. Your pass is activated online as soon as your payment is confirmed, usually within a minute.

How you receive access

After payment, the confirmation page shows your pass and the date it runs until.
Sign in to Concept with the same email address or phone number you entered at checkout. Your pass is applied to your account automatically.
Razorpay also emails you a payment receipt.

If you don't have access

If your pass isn't showing within 24 hours of a successful payment, email tomar.sooraj@gmail.com with the email you paid with and your payment ID. We activate it manually, or refund you as described in our refund policy.

Physical shipping

Not applicable. We do not sell or ship physical goods.
