Concept is operated by Soorajkumar Shyambabu Tomar, an individual based in India (“we”, “us”). This policy explains what personal data we collect, why, and your rights. We handle personal data in line with applicable Indian law, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
What we collect
- Contact details: email address, and optionally your first name and phone number, when you take the free check, join early access, create an account or buy a pass.
- Practice data: your answers, scores, the texts you write and the audio you record for speaking practice, so we can score them and show your progress.
- Purchase records: the pass you bought, the amount, the date and the Razorpay payment and order IDs. We do not receive or store card, UPI or bank details.
- Basic technical data: information your browser or device sends when you use the site, such as IP address and device type, used for security and to keep the service working.
How we use it
- To run the check, score your practice and show your estimated levels.
- To process payments and give you access to the pass you bought.
- To reply when you contact us, and to send service emails about your purchase or account.
- To send study tips and updates only if you opted in. You can unsubscribe at any time.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your data. We share it only with the services that run Concept for us, and only as needed:
- Razorpay: payment processing.
- Supabase: database and file storage.
- Railway and Cloudflare: hosting.
- Google (Gemini): AI scoring of the writing and speaking you submit.
We may disclose data if required by law.
How long we keep it
We keep your data while you use Concept and for as long as needed for the purposes above, including legal and accounting requirements for purchase records. You can ask us to delete your data at any time.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal data, or withdraw consent to marketing emails. Write to tomar.sooraj@gmail.com and we will respond within 30 days.
Cookies and local storage
The site stores your in-progress check on your device so you don't lose answers if you refresh. We do not use advertising cookies.
Children
Concept is intended for adults preparing for immigration tests and is not directed at anyone under 18.
