Terms and conditions
Last updated: 1 October 2026
Concept is operated by Soorajkumar Shyambabu Tomar, an individual based in India (“we”, “us”). These terms apply when you use french.concept-edu.com, the Concept app, or buy a Concept pass. By using Concept or making a purchase, you agree to them.
1. What Concept is
Concept is an online practice platform for the TEF Canada and TCF Canada French tests. It provides practice questions, mock exams, AI feedback on writing and speaking, lessons and estimated NCLC levels. Concept is independent and is not affiliated with IRCC, CCI Paris Île-de-France (TEF) or France Éducation International (TCF).
2. Estimates, not official results
All scores and NCLC levels shown by Concept are practice estimates. They are not official test results, and we do not guarantee any score on the real TEF or TCF, or any immigration outcome. Your real result depends on your performance on test day.
3. Passes and payment
- Passes are one-time payments, not subscriptions. You are never charged automatically again.
- A pass gives access to the paid features of Concept for the period shown at purchase (for example 90 days for the 3-month pass, 180 days for the 6-month pass), starting when payment is confirmed. If you buy a new pass while one is still active, the new period starts when the current one ends.
- Prices are shown in Indian rupees (₹) and are the full amount you pay.
- Payments are processed by Razorpay. We do not see or store your card or bank details.
- Your pass is linked to the email address and phone number you enter at checkout. Sign in to Concept with the same email or phone to use it.
4. Refunds
Because access is delivered immediately, passes are non-refundable once access is given, except in the cases described in our refund policy.
5. Your account and fair use
- A pass is for one person. Do not share your login or resell access.
- Do not copy, scrape, republish or sell Concept's questions, audio, explanations or other content.
- Do not try to disrupt the service, get around access controls or misuse the AI features.
We may suspend access that breaks these rules. If we do so without a good reason, we will refund the unused part of your pass.
6. Content and availability
All content on Concept is owned by us or our licensors. We work to keep Concept available and accurate, but the service is provided “as is” and may occasionally be unavailable for maintenance or reasons beyond our control. AI feedback can contain mistakes.
7. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim related to Concept is limited to the amount you paid for your current pass. We are not liable for indirect losses, including immigration decisions, test fees or lost opportunities.
8. Changes
We may update these terms. The version that applied when you bought your pass continues to apply to that purchase.
9. Law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Questions about them: tomar.sooraj@gmail.com.
